Your Song Day prides itself on caring for its customers.  We will always strive to make you happy and get things just right.  Basically we are not happy unless you are happy.  Of course we realize that sometimes there are expectations or miscommunications or even the infrequent screw ups.  This happens in life, and honestly it happens on the bandstand when there are several people working together in time, with zero possibility of stopping.  When performers are playing a song, all issues must be dealt with immediately and the audience should be largely shielded form this and just enjoy the performance. 

 

That's how we feel about you our valued customers.  You are our audience and we are here to give you what you paid for and we always hope that you will like what you get, in spite of issues that can arise. So if you ever feel like you are not being given the attention or respect you deserve, you will find us quite willing to make things right for you.  We prefer to issue satisfaction over refunds, but of course if we miss a deadline by a mile, you will not suffer further. The thing is, we are jazz musicians, and composers with no inclination to do harm.  We expect to deliver top quality music and spread love and knowledge of jazz around the world for years to come.

We will never, ever, ever. Ever. Sell your personal information. Period. We only use any information yoiu provide for the purposes of writing music for your gift, and for the secure transctions you authorize yourself. We safely store, and protect your personal information and use third-party banking to verify payment. No financial information is stored on our servers or computers because we never want to cause you that kind of risk, nor do we want to be held lible for things out of our control. When collect data its for internal purposes only and to better understand user interactions so the cna be enahnaced for a better experieince.

We will contact you after purchase to let yoiu know the payment was completed successfully and shortly therafter, for the approvals neccesary to complete the services we provide.  After that you wont hear much from us except periodic emails to remind you we're here and to either offer you somehting or to suggest referring us to your friends, family, collegues, and coworkers .
